Our phones are from customers who have traded-in their old handset.

Where is your shop?

The address is Shop 132, 243 Pyrmont St. Pyrmont 2009.

Opening Hours: Mon-Fri: 10am-6:30pm
Sat-Sun: 11am-5pm.

How long does delivery take?

We use AusPost Express Post for all delivery. Delivery can take between 2-5 days depending on where you live.
All shipment comes with tracking and signature on delivery.

Are your phones unlocked?

Yes, all of our phones are guarantee to be unlocked. You can use the phone with any network in Australia or the world.

Does it comes with any warranty?

Yes, our phone comes with 6 months warranty. We also offer 7 days money back guarantee. See our warranty page for more info.

Do I get an invoice for my purchased?

Yes, we are a GST registered business. All purchases will come with a tax invoice. You might be able to claim the GST back if you’re leaving Australia.
