Grading

We try our best to describe/grade the condition of the phone but this can be a difficult process. We use the following guidelines when we grade the phones.

As New Grade

As New Grade are the phones that are in perfect condition. There’s no mark or scratch anywhere on the phone or the screen.

Excellent Condition Grade

Excellent condition grade might have small marks (no more than 4). The mark must not be larger than 3mm in length or width.

The screen must in either perfect condition or barely noticeable mark. The mark must be very faint and no longer than 5mm in length.

Good Condition Grade

Good condition phone have small marks around the body. Can be from either debris or colour discolouration

The screen might have scratches. No deep scratches. Scratches must not be more than 50% of the screen

Used Grade

This is our best value grade. The phones in this grade have signs of everyday usage including scratches on the body and screen.

The difference between “good grade” and ‘used grade” is that the screen on the good grade are in better condition.
